365 Project – Day 29 End of a Century
Dear Alfie,
So this is my 100th letter. I knew I was approaching it, but last night was my 99th and I began to panic a little because I wanted to mark this milestone with something special; a spectacular and momentous photograph that would blow the collective socks off you and those kind enough to follow my efforts.
But when I walked back into my bedroom this morning that panic vanished, and the scene before me reminded me of the achievements that matter most. Suddenly the need to take an amazing picture vanished, and I remembered the true purpose of photography; capturing a moment in time.
And so I present to you one of my greatest achievements, rarer and more spectacular than Bigfoot or The Loch Ness Monster, and captured for all eternity……
…you and Reilly sat quietly reading. Honestly if I hadn’t taken this, no-one would ever believe me.
Love Dad x

Simply brilliant. What a wonderful post.
Thanks mate. Your feedback is ALWAYS appreciated.
I agree with Milton. The grain here is perfect. And, it is a classic.
